10th Step Inventory Checklist for Food Addicts
by Kay Sheppard, LMHC
According to A.A. literature, there are three forms of the 10th Step inventory checklist: in the evening before bed, on the spot when needed, and the ones taken with our sponsor.
Whichever form we use, the 10th Step is a powerful tool in avoiding relapse. This inventory gives us the information we need to avoid developing self-destructive patterns that will lead us back into the disease.
Here are a number of threats to recovery. Add your own relapse warning signs to develop a daily inventory checklist.
* Weekly home meeting
* Additional meetings ____ times weekly

* Sponsor contact
* Literature

* Gratitude list
* Step 10 checklist
